Whether you’re dealing with severe flood damage, or a small leak, water damage can lead to structural damage or mold growth on your property. Our restoration team is ready to provide you with your free inspection so that we revive your property to its original state.
- As soon as we're able to begin your restoration project, we'll assess all the damages and take steps to reduce further damage. We'll also remove any remaining water.
- We take the necessary steps to protect all of your possessions, moving them to safe areas, protecting them with furniture blocks, and placing covers over them.
- We locate any wet materials that must be removed, such as carpet padding and trim work. This will help the damaged areas become dry faster.
- We bring air movers to the damaged areas to start the dehumidification process. This speeds up the drying process and prevents mold growth.
- After all of the damaged areas have been dried, your project manager finalizes all of the documentation and the repair process can begin.
From project start to finish, your project manager monitors progress daily. They will look over the work of our team to ensure that everything is in place and prepared to facilitate a quick restoration process. Then they’ll update you and keep you posted on project development.

- The first step is evaluate and assess all of the damage on-site.
- Then our team makes all of the temporary repairs needed to make your property as secure as possible until we can complete the restoration process, boarding windows, laying tarp on roofs, and more.
- We insert air filtration devices to filter the air and improve breathing conditions.
- We remove all damaged materials that are beyond repair.
- We'll dry-clean all surfaces using chem sponges and afterwards, damp-clean them using a degreaser and deodorizing solution.
- Then we'll clean and seal air ducts and HVAC units.

Our Mold Restoration Process:
The immense dampness brought on by water damage often leads to mold growth. Not only does water damage cause mold growth, but sometimes even fire damage brings on mold, as the efforts to quell the fire using water lead to a damp environment. Though even properties that simply have some areas ideal for dampness can harbor mold without your knowledge. If you believe there’s mold growing on your property, our team of licensed professionals will provide you with a free inspection to confirm the presence of mold, and then we can provide you with first-rate mold removal services.
- First, we'll locate and contain the areas of mold growth.
- Then we'll insert negative air scrubbing units to filter the air for mold spores.
- Next, we'll ensure proper removal, collection, and disposal of damaged materials.
- We provide HEPA vacuuming of the damaged areas.
- We conduct bio-washing of the contained areas using antimicrobials.
- Then we clean all air ducts and HVAC units.
As soon as the remediation process is complete, we’ll ensure that your property is tested to confirm that all mold has been removed. We provide you with a warranty that covers all of our mold remediation work.
